Description
The site was part of a historical Anti-Aircraft Artillery complex in the late 1940s and early 1950s. It was subsequently used as a construction/storage yard and recently housed a mobile home with a large dog kennel.

Public Health and Environmental Concerns
There are two areas where chlorinated solvents have contaminated the soil and groundwater. There are several other much smaller areas where the soil is contaminated with petroleum products.

Current Status
Cleanup of the site is contingent on continuing analysis of areawide groundwater data and available state funding. For more detail, please see the database information on this site (link above).
