The Budget and Finance Section coordinates, plans, organizes, analyzes and develops the Division´s operating, capital, supplemental and re-appropriation budgets and provides technical guidance and training to the program managers and administrative staff. The section also offers guidance to the program managers in areas including missions and measures in relation to the budget process.
